These terms govern your use of dumpyourprocessor.com and the services offered on it. DumpYourProcessor is operated by Johnathon Orow ("we," "us"), 2024 Harbor Village Ave, Keego Harbor, MI 48320. By using this site, submitting a statement, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

The service

We review merchant processing statements you send us and prepare a rate comparison showing what you currently pay and what you could pay through the processing services we offer. The review is free and creates no obligation. Savings figures shown on this site are illustrative; your actual results depend on your statement, your processing volume, and the pricing you qualify for.

No guarantee

We do our best to read statements accurately and quote realistic pricing, but a rate review is an estimate, not a binding offer. Final pricing is set in the merchant agreement you sign with the processor, and that agreement — not this website — governs your processing relationship.

Text messaging program

By checking the SMS consent box on our form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from DumpYourProcessor (Johnathon Orow) about your statement review — confirmations, savings results, appointment reminders, and occasional service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at 248-901-8838. Phone numbers and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing — see our privacy policy.

Your submissions

When you send us a statement, you confirm you're authorized to share it (it's your business's statement, or you have the owner's permission). We use it only to prepare your review, as described in our privacy policy, and we'll delete it on request.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no submitting statements you have no right to share, no attempting to disrupt or probe the site, no scraping content for resale.

Limitation of liability

The site and the free review are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on a review. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
