DumpYourProcessor ("we," "us") helps businesses review and lower their card processing costs. This policy explains what information we collect and exactly what we do with it. The short version: we use your information only to build your rate review, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

Your processing statement — the file you upload, text, or email to us (PDF, spreadsheet, or photo).
Contact details — business name, phone number, and email address you provide with it.

We don't collect anything else, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

Your statement and contact details are used for one purpose: preparing your rate comparison and communicating with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

How it's handled

Statements submitted through the website are delivered to us via our form provider (Forminit), which transmits your submission to us over an encrypted connection. Statements sent by text or email arrive through your carrier or email provider. Once received, your statement is reviewed personally and kept only as long as needed to prepare and discuss your review.

Deletion

Want your statement and details deleted after your review? Ask by phone or reply to any email from us and we'll delete them promptly.
